I feel like I am recovering from a heart attack after rushing through my work all day long. Today is probably my most productive day for the week, but it just doesn’t feel all that good. My heart was pacing and my mind can’t seem to settle down even after I have stopped working for a few minutes.

How do you do this? How to you keep this up all day? I need to somewhat pace myself, pace myself at a moderate pace so I won’t burn out when I am running to meet the deadline.
